Worcesterfire

This sauce, as the name suggests, is Worcestershire sauce-forward in flavour. Where it falls perfectly into the Smoke Eater lineup is its notes of smoke and a very noticeable element of heat brought to you by our favourite chile pepper, the noble Scotch Bonnet. The almost addictive sweet finish will undoubtedly find you going back to the bottle for “one more pour”. The consistency isn’t as “thick” as the popular Worchestershire-based steak sauces you’re familiar with, but this makes it more versatile. Made to go on top of steaks, it’s also fantastic over pork chops, eggs, tacos and surprisingly fantastic in a Caesar or Bloody Mary.
